PLEASE RESPOND TO CLASSMATE DISCUSSION WHETHER YOU AGREE OR NOT & A DETAILED WHY: The skill that I have developed most in this course is decision-making skill. I learned that I need to identify when a decision needs to be made and clearly define the nature of the decision. I need to gather relevant information that will help me make a good decision. After I gather internal and external information, identify the alternatives as I am likely to have different paths or choices to make. I need to weight the evidence, chose an alternative and then act. Review my decision and make sure that it is the right choice.

How do you plan to continue growing your leadership and organizational behavior skills you identified above? – I plan to continue growing my leadership and organizational behavior skill that I have identified in my career field. As an investigator I must make choices that will be right for the cases that I am assigned to which will propel me forward and into success. I also will apply this to my personal life. This will help me to make better decision or even a decision at all for me and my family. Deciding will reduce the uncertainty because I will have collected evidence, weighed the alternatives, and went through various scenarios of how each decision will potentially turn out.
