Objective 1 To investigate, describe and analyse the application of change in an organization of which one member of the group has had direct experience of the change.
2 To critically interpret your case and analyse it by applying relevant theory and drawing on empirical evidence to justify your analysis and recommendations for how the change could be (have been) managed differently or improved. You serve as a team of consultants evaluating and advising on a specific change integrating all the learning throughout the unit (assessment, analysis, diagnosis, intervention, evaluation and recommendations).
