Your outline should include four (4) basic elements:
1, Business / Competitive Strategy
2, Workforce Requirements (employee competencies and behaviors)
3, Specific HR policies (identify and explain activities necessary to produce these workforce requirements)
4, Metrics to access the strategy
The descriptive part of the assignment should be no more than three (3) pages long, not including the Title Page, Abstract Page and References.
