A) Describe a complex situation in your workplace or your personal life that requires critical reasoning. What questions, based on the universal intellectual standards, might you ask to move towards better critical reasoning on the matter (Paul & Elder, 2012).
B) What is the principle of charity in constructing arguments? Why is this principle necessary for advanced critical reasoning? Give examples from your own professional or personal life when the principle of charity would advance critical thinking.
