As you learned through our readings and discussions during Unit 1, over the past couple of decades, in its evolution, public health’s efforts have become evidence-based in both the approaches and interventions used when addressing health concerns.Compose a critical analysis essay that has a continuous viewpoint, logical order, and organization using the following guidelines:Select a public health concern that interests you (examples include cancer, heart disease, diabetes, obesity, HIV/AIDS, etc.).Provide a description of the chosen health issue.Define epidemiological transition and evidence-based public health. What is their role in addressing your chosen public health concern?In your description of the role of evidence-based public health, use the P.E.R.I.E. approach utilized by public health professionals to discuss the health concern you have selected.
