One way to limit bias is to make sure that the wording you use when asking people questions is not biased. So, for example, instead of phrasing a question as “In what ways do you think (insert topic here) is good?”, you could state “Do you believe (insert topic here) is good or bad? Why?”. In the second sentence, an assumption is not made that the person feels that the topic is good…it leaves the choice to them. How else can a person help to be non-biased in their questioning?
