Imagine that you have decided to begin a new business venture.  After doing some research, you believe that you could be very successful as an alpaca farmer.  Here is some critical information for your new venture:

After learning a little bit about the animals as well as the costs and challenges of raising them, you are ready to take the first step toward creating your business.  You will begin negotiating an agreement to lease a pair of alpacas for one year so you can test the business.

Think about the challenges you would face with the new business as well as the risks of the other party to the contract.  Post responses to the three posts from me that begin threads in this discussion and then respond to at least two of the posts made by your classmates.
