According to the SBL text: “Leaders with the dominant strength in the Executing domain know how to make things happen.”

Please review the themes in the Executing domain and provide a personal example. Discuss the situation and how specific themes were exhibited. You may also use this for your journal entry.

If you do not have a key strength in executing, you may still have a minor strength that is not shown in your assessment results. Chose one of the themes that you believe you exhibit and write about that. Just be sure to note that it is not a key strength. Please consider this for any of the examples of the key themes.
