Discuss two significant reasons for the decline in the morale of health care workers in recent years. Elaborate on how you, as a health care supervisor, would enhance the morale of your employees, including how your strategies would be incorporated in official policies. Include a brief example of how you would measure the effectiveness of your morale enhancing initiatives.
