Read Case #3 in the Tanglewood Stores Casebook. Answer the following questions:

1. Evaluate data related to Tanglewood’s historical recruiting methods to determine the effectiveness for each method. Use the case data in your responses.

2. Use the information obtained in the answer to #1 and provide recommendations for how Tanglewood should recruit employees in the future
