Help with business question

The vast majority of businesses in this country are sole proprietorships with one or only a few employees. That does not mean, however, that this is the best form, simply because it is the most common. Assume that you are planning to start or purchase a business. Describe what form of ownership you would choose, and why. Describe both the advantages and disadvantages of your choice.
