My Agile Project

Using the Agile framework, develop a presentation that illustrates Sprint 0, the planning and execution of Sprint 1, and planning of Sprint 2 for a real world concept identified in Assignment 1 “My Agile Concept”. The presentation should clearly reflect the work (and suggested improvements) in Assignment 2 “My Team” and Assignment 3 “My Roadmap”. Be sure to apply principles, practices, tools, and techniques associated with agile project management. The selected presentation software should provide an engaging and clearly communicated, easy-to-follow story, and include the:

b. Rationale regarding the concept’s fit for an agile approach

c. Articulate the value-driven delivery and continuous process improvement loops

d. Key elements associated with initiating an agile project:
