How aggressive should a company be if, in the region, there simply are not enough people of an underrepresented group who express interest in a job opening? In other words, what is an auto repair shop in Canton, Ohio, to do if no women apply for its opening for an auto mechanic?  Make sure you bring in evidence such as your text, other credible sources and real life examples if you have them, it CAN NOT be all opinion based.
