Write a 500–750-word paper that answers the following:
- Identify a national consumer products or service company that has recently gone out of business (restaurants are part of the service industry). What was its brand image? Who were its desired customers? Did the brand image match with the desired customers? Why or why not? How did it compare to its competitors? What problems contributed to its failure? Look at the company’s advertising. Did it have the right promises for the target market? Why or why not? How would you have changed the advertising to bring in more customers?
