Because I have not been in a conflict, I interviewed my friend and he had a conflict with his brother ( they were working together as a partnership in a company they own) one is 13 years older than my friend and when they decide to buy things or stuff to the company or make any decisions the older brother always refuse and have another way of thinking as he is saying he is the older. In our culture, we have to show full of respect and my friend was very emotional since their father is passed away. My friend thinks all the time that his brother is like his dad and will never do anything that will affect any of them. His brother made lots of wrong decisions and my friend was avoiding despite that he sometimes knows that this is wrong and not good for their company. Like selling trucks they really need or he spends more money o himself and his family more than my friend. Basically not fair. My friend decided to talk to him and tried to stop him but did not work until they break the relationship and both lose their money and their company.
