• Recommend a marketing research plan based on the two (2) areas identified. Make sure you refer to the marketing research steps discussed in class to formulate your recommended plan. It should be more than just recommending a survey.

• Discuss how CRM can be specifically used to increase customer satisfaction in your selected firm?
