Project teams will be required to present the following:

   -A WBS
   -Responsibility assignment matrix
   -The project schedule
   -A Gantt Chart
   -A PERT chart
   -A description of how the project will be controlled
   -Plant design
   -Process design (students will be required to demonstrate the process from material prep and release to delivery of finished product into stores in a video embedded  into the presentation )
-various iterations of the process design with metrics to show improvement principles
   -Detailed description of the supply chain
   -Description of the inventory management process
   -KPI’s (Process Metrics)

Specific details for each of the deliverables will be discussed in the pertinent sections of the coursework
