After you interpret your scores and compare your scores with the LPI-observer, then complete the Summary and Action-Planning Worksheets.  Write a two page paper on what you learned about yourself, the interpretation of your ratings with the LPI-observer scores and what action-planning you will do to meet the leadership challenge.  The assignment paper requirements are: •two-page paper, not to include title page or references •Times New Roman, 12pt •double-spaced •title page containing student name, module number and title of assignment  All sources should be cited using the American Psychological Association (APA) style and format.
