How to Best Communicate?
Learners – From the very beginning of this class, we have been discussing leadership, management and change management/leadership. Even from the prospective of our Group Project, we have been talking about COMMUNICATIONand how important it is in all of these processes. As employees and team members yourselves, I am sure that you have your own thoughts about how best to communicate and how best to motivate and engage employees for the strategy.
