Location is irrelevant for service-based businesses. I have 5 people working for me, 2 in the U.S., 1 in Canada and 2 in Lebanon. The client doesn't care where you are. The vendor doesn't care where you are. Web-based CRM systems like Salesforce allow everybody to do their work from home, and we're all 100% synched on Skype. Location is irrelevant for service-based businesses.
